Below you can find information about payment, delivery, warranty and product returns in the PM Proff online store.
Payment
All products in the PM Proff online store are paid in Ukrainian hryvnia. During checkout, the customer can choose an available payment method depending on the product and delivery conditions.
Available payment methods
- cash on delivery;
- payment by bank details.
If cash on delivery is available for a specific product and shipping method, the customer may pay when receiving the order. In case of payment by bank details, shipment is made after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed separately.
Delivery
We deliver products across Ukraine using shipping services. Available delivery methods and delivery times depend on product availability, destination region and carrier conditions.
Delivery terms
- delivery across Ukraine by postal and courier services;
- other delivery options by prior agreement;
- delivery cost is determined by the carrier’s rates unless otherwise specified separately.
When receiving the order, we recommend checking the packaging and the condition of the product. If any damage is found, please contact the shipping service immediately and inform us as well.
Warranty
Products purchased in our online store are covered by warranty according to the manufacturer’s terms and applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Warranty terms
- the warranty period depends on the specific product and is indicated in the product description or accompanying documents;
- the warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by the customer;
- the warranty does not cover mechanical damage, improper use or unauthorized interference.
For a warranty request, please prepare your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos showing the problem.
Returns
Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Return procedure
- a product of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt if it has not been used and retains its original appearance;
- a defective product may be returned, exchanged or submitted for warranty review in accordance with applicable law;
- before returning a product, please contact us to agree on the return details.
To arrange a return, you need to provide the order number, proof of purchase and a description of the reason for return.
